ICAS, the world’s oldest professional body of accountants, will be launching its Counting on Change manifesto document tomorrow (Wednesday 25 March) at a special ICAS General Election Breakfast Debate.

The event will see political leaders debate the delivery of better pensions and tax systems, and increased consumer protection.
